About

Seniors Resource Forum consists of 7 professional and expert volunteers in a variety of fields who come together to give back to the community and share their knowledge.  We’re here to serve seniors and their families and caregivers by supporting their efforts to keep seniors safe, provide the best quality of life possible and to promote positive aging.
Our experts provide free information in the areas of mediation and dispute resolution, home care, long-term care insurance and Medicare, estate planning, Medi-Cal planning, elder law, mental health and wellness, geriatric care management, affordable housing, and managing finances in Marin County, California.
Seniors Resource Forum presents educational programs at venues throughout Marin County and the Bay Area numerous times in the course of a year.  Typically, we offer a presentation by one or more of our volunteers for under an hour, followed by a question and answer session.
After that, our volunteers are available for one-on-one, private, 20 minute confidential sessions to provide information, advice and referrals for individuals, couples or families.  Attendees may consult with up to 3 experts each time we have a program, and obtain expert information at no cost.
Seniors Resource Forum is a non-profit community service educational organization operating under the aegis of MarinLink, a 501(c)(3) organization in San Rafael, CA.
The mission of Seniors Resource Forum is to improve the quality of life for aging persons and those who care for them through educational programs and individual consultations.
